360º Feedback (also known as multi-source, or multi-rater feedback) is a method of producing a report where an individual is rated by a number of people, usually including themselves, on a set of items. This differs from more traditional forms of appraisal where an individual is often only rated by their boss. You can get answers to some frequently asked questions about 360º feedback here. Many aspects of the reports I produce can be customised to meet your requirements. For example, you can use any items for which you hold the copyright; have any number of questions; have any number of appraisers with whatever category labels you wish (e.g. boss, manager, peers, customers etc.); and have any additional information printed with the reports. I can even match most fonts and layouts so that you can include the multi-source data into a larger report if you wish. There are also options to rate individuals on a single response scale (e.g. current performance) or on a dual response scale (e.g. current vs. expected performance). Depending on the structure of the questionnaire, it is also possible to produce reports that include summary, or competence data. Finally, it is possible to add a variety of supplementary feedback to the report. To take advantage of this service, you will probably either be working in the HR department of an organisation, or be a Management Consultant or Occupational Psychologist.
