Dual response scale report

Here, an individual has been rated on a number of items (shown here by nonsense text) by their boss and others, and for each item, there is a rating of how important that item is for the individual's current role together with a rating of how effective they are on that item. (The small bars extending from some of the main bars are a simple measure of how variable the responses from different appraisers were in that category.
